From the back office you can authorize as many vendors as you wish, these vendors will have access to the system through a password assigned by you. Each vendor can be assigned an access level. Only one vendor can be operating at the same time per sales terminal.

You can configure as many different services as you like. The configured services are visible in the sales terminals.

There is no limitation on the issuance of tickets per license.

The physical sales terminal can be connected to a card payment pin pad via bluetooth. For this you will have to register as a customer in the payment gateway. Expenses caused by the use of the gateway are not included in the price of the license to use Crea&ticket.

Yes, you can, as long as the online sales system connects to our API. In this way, the vouchers that are issued online will be recognized by means of a QR code in the check-in process.

Yes you can. Provided that they have established a collaboration between different service providers and have authorized each other in the system.

The system can integrate a virtual sales terminal for its collaborators, which allows the sale of its services by third parties, the tickets they issue will be recognized by the QR code reader at check-in. Likewise, Crea&ticket will control the capacity in real time from all sales terminals, whether physical or virtual.

The sales data can be exported from the backoffice through files in .csv format for storage and manipulation outside the system.

All licenses except one can be put into hibernation during the months that they do not provide the service. To hibernate them you have to notify a month before.
